CD DISTRIBUTION INDUSTRY The CD Distribution Industry is around $17 billion dollars per year.  This industry has unlimited earning potential which generates billions of dollars each year in the US markets alone.  Ask yourself, how many CD's do you own?  How many CD's does your mother own, your father, your sister, your brother?  The top CD Distribution company did right at $8 billion dollars in 2007.  Ask yourself, "Are you in a position to make a percentage of this industry's profit?"  Your entire network of friends, relatives, associates and co-workers are purchasing CDs.  One per cent of one billion dollars is ten million dollars, what could you do with that extra income?  GI101CMG Distribution has established a Job/Opportunity Program that allows you to make $25 to $35 per hour based on production.   PROMOTION-SALES ASSOCIATE (PSA) Our starting position is an exciting new career as a Promtion-Sales Associate (PSA) through the Job/Opportunity Program.  This position's starting pay is $25 - $35 an hour based on your production.  No experience necessary or special skills required, our intense orientation and training program are designed for individuals with little or no business experience.  In order to work with this company you must be trained on wealth principles.  If you are currently employed, there is no need to leave your position, we work with you, the possibilities are endless and unlimited--you can get the whole family involved.  Upon performance evaluations from the company, promotions and incentives are available.     INDEPENDENT REPRESENTATIVE Our Independent Representatives have graduated from Promotion Sales Associates (PSA) position and have shown great knowledge and understanding of wealth principles, leadership skills, purpose and dedication.  These individuals facilitate meetings, conference calls and promotion parties on behalf of our clients.  They have numerous travel opportunities as well on an expense account with the company.     CERTIFIED PROMOTION DIRECTOR To qualify for our Certified Promotion Director (CPD) position there is additional training required and you must have Indepedent Representative status with the company.  These individuals must generate at least a six-figure income, they are experienced, award-winning, qualified promoters that have excelled and are rigorously screened by the GI101CMG Board to ensure first-rate training of our  PSA's, Independent Representatives, employees and CPD students.   VISION OF THE COMPANY The leaders in our company recognized that we need to focus on the needs of the individuals that work for this company.  It is our belief that if the people working the job are happy and their needs are met, then they would be even more productive in their job requirements.  So our program is designed with you in mind.  We have strategically put in place mechanisms for you to be productive and get your job done without feeling the undue stress and pressure when "life happens", such as, your child becomes ill in school and they call you to come pick them up, or you walk out the door in the morning and your car doesn't start, or an unexpected death in the family occurs and you need time off.  All of these situations can happen in the course of one day and if you are in a position where you have just started a job and have to ask permission of your supervisor or boss and it could place you in a position where your job is threatened, it causes undue stress and pressure in our lives.
