3. Complete Academics section.  (High School Diplomas and College Degrees are not required to take this course.)

4. Describe Activites and Honors

5. Complete writing section with the short answer and personal essay.

6. Once you have completed the application and purchased your postal money order for the applicable processing and course fees for the program in which you are enrolling, then mail application and postal money order into the address listed on the top left corner of the application. Once your application is received at the main office and processed you will recieve a confirmation e-mail and your Course Welcome Package in the mail.
