FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q  How much can I earn as a Promotion Sales Associate (PSA)? A  PSA'S can earn as much as $25 - $35 per hour full time based on production or $10 -$12 part time.   Q  What does the training involve? A  GI101's Training is made up of 4 components:   Home Study with PSA Training Manual Placement with Certified GI101 Personal Trainer PSA Information Calls and Emails PSA Personal Promotion Meetings Q  Who are Independent Artists (INDY'S)? A  Independent Artists or indy's are musicians, singers, spoken word reciters and actors who have produced original work, but are not promoted through mainstream media.  GI101CMG provides Indy's with a platform to express their God-given talents with song, music and theater through "word of mouth" advertising by positioning individuals in the Job/Opportunity Program for PSA's. Q  How long does is take to receive my first paycheck? A  There is a one month probationary training period.  We pay very well, so it is imperative that the training schedule be adhered to without diversion from the orientation and plan we have in place.  Checks can actually be received in less than two weeks, but one month is the standard. Q  May I be  featured on a GI101CMG CD Compilation if I am an Artist? A   Yes, absolutely.  In fact, many of our featured artists started as PSA's with the company first! Q  What if  I am already employed and want to just supplement my income, may I apply for the PSA position? A  Yes!  We make our training convenient to fit any schedule, but you will need computer internet access to receive important emails and access to a telephone. Q  Why is there a one time only $25 fee covering application processing and training costs? A  In addition to promoting Independent Artists, our company also teaches and trains our Promotion Sales Associates (PSA) on success and wealth principles that are not taught in traditional education.  So it makes sense for you to be able to represent our company properly and professionally as a PSA, you must be trained on these principles.  We are not just simply offering you a job, we are offering you an education of secret wealth principles  in order to climb the corporate ladder because we understand the true definition of wealth "is the ability to make others wealthy."  Now understanding that outside of public education, many educational programs require a non-refundable application fee.  Our application processing fee is not only fully refundable, it also serves as a part of your success because we educate you on not only how to make money, we want for you to understand money.  We also place you with a Certified GI101 Personal Trainer for the first 30 days of you being positioned in our Job/Opportunity Program as a PSA.  We pride ourselves on not wasting individuals' time or money because we certainly do not want individual's to waste our time or resources.  Our CEO understands that it is a JOB looking for a JOB and the traditional process of getting in the car, traveling from business to business to fill out applications is frustrating and cumbersome to say the least.  Therefore,  we have established a simple and easy application and interview process for you.  You will not be asked to pay any additional fees. Q    What does the other $25 cover? A   In as much as we would like to send out costly materials  to just curious individuals, that is not an option.  In addition to processing your application, positioning you with a Certified Personal Trainer and a PSA Company Training Manual  for a fully refundable $25 fee, we also send with your Welcome Packet 5 CD Units of our latest compilation of Independent Artists which  you also own the reproduction rights.  I am sure you would agree that the $25 cost for your 5 CD projects and the reproduction rights to the CD projects are reasonably priced.     Q Why must I send a US Postal Money Order for my application fee and product costs?  A In 2006 the company began with accepting personal checks and debit card transactions, but as the increasing number of insufficient fund fees from personal checks and credit card company increased percentage fees for utilizing their services escalated over the years, it cost the company a significant amount of resources.  The Leadership Council determined that it would be more advantageous to revert those resources to compensation for the Promotion Sales Associates (PSA) position.  Therefore, we accept United States Postal Money Orders because they are a legal and binding government money order that is readily accepted at any US Postal Office or bank nationally.  US Postal Money Orders also gaurantee all funds for the amount of the money order.    Q  How long does it take to be promoted to Independent Representative and then to  Certified  Promotion Director? A  Independent Representatives are primarily very well trained PSA's that have worked diligently and scored high on company evaluations and shown great production by introducing others to the PSA Job/Opportunity Program through personal volume and group volume.  Certified Promotion Directors are individuals that want to make a serious career change into this industry full time and must submit to an additional application process and complete the GI101 Institute Training Course.  This position brings with it serious and awesome company perks, such as company phone, company expense account and company car, just to name a few.
