The Youth Business Leadership Curriculum (YBLC) a youth program sponsored by GI101CMG went to Alcorn Agricultural Field Day  On August 22, 2010  Where they learn about about farming, farm animals, and plant breeding...!  In the photo with members of the summer session of the Youth Business Leadership Curriculum is Dr. Barry L. Bequette, Dean Director of Land Grant Programs School of Agriculture, Research, Extension, and Applied Science and two other members of his staff. WJTV Summer session students of the Youth Business Leadership Curriculum (YBLC) did an Interview on how it was learning about  agriculture, gardening, canning, making homemade preserves and healthy recipes.  GI101 are also in the process of opening a Farmer's Market for the youth to get hands-on business skills.  The agricultural division of the program is located in Fayette, MS that holds the derrogatory statistic of being the fattest county in Mississippi which is also the fattest state in the nation as reported by the CDC.
